On February 2nd, Hublot hosted an exclusive event at The Glass House in New York to celebrate the fourth collaboration launch between Hublot and artist Takashi Murakami. This exciting continuation features thirteen unique timepieces, and thirteen NFTs inspired by 1970’s Japanese TV shows and video games. During the event, the set of NFTs was revealed, however only one hero watch — the US luxury replica Hublot Classic Fusion Takashi Murakami Black Ceramic Rainbow watches, features the iconic smiling flower — was on display.
Where this gets interesting is that these 1:1 wholesale fake watches are not available to just anyone. These timepieces are only available to buyers and collectors of the previous NFTs, as a way of furthering the exclusive approach to the coveted collection. What’s more, the Rainbow variant of this Murakami series can only be acquired by the person who manages to get their hands on all 12 of the other NFTs. It’s a bit confusing, but we’ll try and explain.
The third collaboration between Hublot and Takashi Murakami launched in April 2022 with 324 NFTs issued and offered to the owners of one of the two high quality Hublot replica watches already released, the Classic Fusion Taskashi Murakami All Black, and the Classic Fusion Takashi Murakami Sapphire Rainbow. The twelve best copy watches from this latest collaboration can only be purchased by owners of at least one NFT from the third release, purchased from NFT trading platform OpenSea ahead of April 2023, when the top replica Hublot watches will exclusively go on sale at hublot.com during Watches & Wonders Geneva. Once the latest model is purchased, a corresponding NFT will also be received.
The twelve unique Hublot super clone watches for sale that are launching at Watches & Wonders Geneva each represent one of the twelve petals from the smiling flower, as well as the twelve hours of time. As you can tell from the above, each of the 12 models will have its petals in one of the colours of the rainbow. The Classic Fusion Takashi Murakami Black Ceramic Rainbow is the thirteenth watch in the collection that was unveiled at the Glass House in New York. It marries inspiration from the two previously launched Swiss made fake Hublot x Takashi Murakami watches with the smiling flower shown in gradient colour that spins on an axis with movement of the watch.
Perhaps the unfortunate part of this latest launch is the difficulty involved in acquiring the 2023 replica Hublot watches we head the pleasure of previewing. This model can only be obtained in April 2024 by a collector who has all twelve of the new NFTs released in this collaboration. Otherwise, the cheap fake watches will be auctioned for charity by Hublot. On one hand, we commend Hublot for taking another unorthodox approach to the exclusivity game in the watch world, rather that getting involved with the waitlist game. This collection brings a new meaning to collecting, and combines the world of watchmaking with the world of digital art in a ground-breaking way.
